1. Consider the structural characteristics of acrylic products

For acrylic products with sharp edges and corners, corner guards must be added to the corners of the four sides during packaging. For sharp edges and corners, an additional layer of buffered pearl cotton is required; for irregular acrylic products, corner guards must be added, You can use molded pearl cotton or styrofoam to cut out the slot of corresponding size to fix the position of the product; if it is a product with different parts, it is not necessary to stretch the film or transparent sealing tape to fix the product in addition to the above packaging protective layer.

2. Consider the surface condition of acrylic products

If the surface of acrylic product is printed, sprayed, electroplated, etc., if several layers of soft pearl cotton are added to the surface or sealed with sealing tape, the hard friction will cause damage to the product pattern.

3. Consider the weight of acrylic products

If it is a large acrylic display shelf or acrylic display cabinet and other large products with weight, in addition to the conventional packaging, if it is a square packing box, it needs to seal the box with tape; if the product is overweight, it needs to seal the wooden box or wooden board.

4. Consider the material characteristics of the product

Glass display cabinet products must be fixed with wooden frame or wood / plywood; soft plastic products can be made of pearl cotton and outer box, and corners can be fixed with hard cardboard; metal products and glass products need to be clamped to cushion the impact damage during transportation.
