2. Acrylic product is an invisible polymer, its shrinkage range is decreasing, generally 0.45%-0.9, so it provides a good condition for the forming accuracy of acrylic products in production. In general, the forming is very accurate.

3. Because poly(cresol methacrylate) has non-Newtonian fluidity instead of ordinary fluidity to the ambient temperature, the solubility and viscosity of acrylic products will decrease at high temperatures, which is a very sensitive performance of acrylic products to temperature.

4. The temperature of acrylic products in the process of flow is generally about 150 C, but when the acrylic products begin to decompose, the temperature is higher than 270 C. So the change of temperature is very flexible, and it will not be affected by temperature, and the high temperature resistance is the characteristic of acrylic products.

5. Acrylic products also have good cutting performance. They can be processed by laser cutting under the condition of good size, simple and high quality, which is not available for glass. Therefore, Acrylic products can withstand various environments of high temperature and low temperature. Consumers need not worry about temperature at all in the production process.
