1. Screen selection: in order to print clear patterns, the screen must choose high resolution imported photoresist and high tension and low tensile rate imported screen, so that the printed patterns can be clear and delicate without blurring and sawtooth.

2. Selection of printing ink: the imported ink with good sun resistance, high gloss and friction resistance shall be selected, so that the ink processed by organic glass can resist the strong light and effectively extend the service life of organic glass products. For some of the printing pattern anti scratch requirements are particularly strict products, but also add anti scratch oil.

3、 Screen printing environment: screen printing should be carried out in a clean and dust-free room. It is not only impossible to be dust-free, but also a relatively clean environment should be selected. Before screen printing, use a clean brush to brush off the dust on the surface, so as to avoid the dust adhering to the plexiglass processing board, which will cause incomplete characters and color blocks and waste products.
