2. The temperature of acrylic in the flow process is generally around 150 ℃, but when the acrylic display shelf begins to decompose, the temperature is higher than 270 ℃. Therefore, it is very flexible in terms of temperature change and will not be affected by temperature. High temperature resistance is the characteristic of acrylic.

3. Acrylic is an invisible polymer, its shrinkage range is reduced, generally in the range of 0.45% - 0.9, so the molding accuracy of acrylic display shelf production provides a good condition, in general, the molding is very accurate.

4. Acrylic is made of polymethyl methacrylate, which contains polar side methyl and has strong hygroscopicity. Generally speaking, the water absorption of acrylic plate should be kept dry, and the drying condition is 78 ℃ - 80 ℃ for 5-6h.
