1. What is the main structure of plexiglass processing? Polymethylmethacrylate is made of polymethyl methacrylate, which contains polar side methyl and has strong hygroscopicity. Generally, the acrylic plate must be kept dry for 5-6h at 78 ℃ - 80 ℃.

2. Plexiglass is an invisible polymer, and its shrinkage range is reduced, which is generally in the range of 0.45% - 0.9. Therefore, it provides a good condition for the molding accuracy of acrylic production, and in general, the molding is very accurate.

3. Because the adaptability of polymethylmethacrylate cresol to ambient temperature does not have ordinary fluidity, but has non Newtonian fluid property. Therefore, in the case of high temperature, the solubility viscosity of PMMA will be reduced, which is a very sensitive performance of PMMA to temperature.

4. The temperature of plexiglass in the flow process is generally around 150 ℃, but when the plexiglass begins to decompose, the temperature is higher than 270 ℃. Therefore, the temperature change is very flexible and will not be affected by the temperature. High temperature resistance is the characteristic of organic glass.

5. Plexiglass also has good cutting performance. It can be processed by laser cutting with good size. It is simple and high quality. This feature is not available in glass. Therefore, acrylic can withstand various environments with high temperature and low temperature. Consumers do not have to worry about the temperature in the production process.
